Kids Game Builder · For parents

Your kid's privacy and COPPA

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) gives parents control over what online services collect from kids under 13. Here's how Kids Game Builder handles it, in plain words. The kids' privacy notice is the full, official version.

Your consent comes first

Your kid can't use the builder until you've read the notice, ticked the consent box, and completed the card payment, which confirms you're an adult. No child is added and nothing is collected from a child before that. Withdraw consent any time by deleting your family.

What we collect, and what we don't

We collectWe never collect
About your kidA nickname you choose and an optional age rangeTheir name, photos, voice, location, contacts or device identifiers
From your kidWhat they type into the builder, with emails, phone numbers and addresses removed, and the games they makeCookies for tracking or advertising (one cookie only keeps them signed in)
From youYour email address; your card is handled by StripeYour full card number (we never see it)

How it's used

Only to run the game builder: to turn your kid's ideas into games, to show you everything they typed and what the AI answered, to count sparks, and to keep the service safe. No advertising, no selling, no profiles.

Who processes it

Service providers that run the builder, each only for that purpose and none allowed to advertise with it, sell it or train AI models on it: Anthropic (AI models), Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments, parents only) and Resend (email, parents only).

Questions parents ask

Is Kids Game Builder COPPA compliant?

We built the Family Plan to follow COPPA: a clear notice, verified parental consent before any child uses it, only what the builder needs, deletion on a schedule, and your rights to review, delete and refuse further collection. The full details are in our kids' privacy notice.

Do you train AI on my kid's prompts?

No. We use what your kid types only to run the game builder, and our AI provider may not train AI models on it, use it for advertising or sell it.

Does the AI see my kid's name?

No. Kids use a nickname you choose, and we remove email addresses, phone numbers and street addresses from what they type before it is sent to the AI or saved.

What does the free arcade collect?

Nothing from kids. The arcade has no sign-up, no email, no ads and no third-party tracking.

How do I delete my kid's information?

On your family page: delete their history, a game, the kid, or your whole family. Or email privacy@kidsgamebuilder.com.
